MBOO is a nomadic, communitary and non regular project.

One of its objectives is to produce electroacoustic music inspired in vegetable life. Soundscapes encouraging the growth of plants, orchards and gardens.

The Geodramatik Design of Post Contemporary Music Atelier with Biovegetal Orientation took place in January 2012 in Takuara Rendá, a fundation dedicated to bamboo studying, at Cerro Roke, Paraguay, where they installed a music room and recording studio.

As long as a full moon cicle -28 days-, a team of musicians and non musicians worked with instruments and field recordings to create a collection of soundscapes that ambiented every day an experimental orchard.

In that garden they sow different plants as rucula, rabano, cilantro and almeirao, all allowed to bring good results in a month. And they transplanted mustard and lettuce from the main garden of the place.

Plants that received music day by day growned stronger and healthier than their pairs at the control station.
